ECOTECH FOUNDATION

Converting workers and businesses from blue-collar to green collar

About the Foundation

EcoTech Visions Foundation provides training programs that focus on converting workers and businesses from blue-collar to “green-collar” through Solar, Technology and a variety of other curriculums.

Fellows are trained through our programs to translate their skills to meet the needs of the growing green economy and receive assistance in creating new green businesses that are part of the EcoTech Visions Incubator.

Our Story

By providing high-quality support and service to economically disadvantaged and resource-limited individuals, EcoTech will launch innovative and environmentally conscious ideas that would otherwise remain dormant and inactive due to limited resource availability.

Business Fellowship

Business Fellowship

The Fellowship class is comprised of twenty-five (25) African American men that have been identified as having strong blue-collar skills and related licenses and certifications. These fellows will be trained to translate their skills to meet the needs of the growing green economy.

Green Scouts Externship

Green Scouts Externship

The EcoTech Green Scouts Externship will leverage university and high school students majoring in marketing and sales to promote scalability, create career track training and support rapid product promotional avenues for incubator and fellowship companies.

Digital Citizens Bootcamp

Digital Citizens Bootcamp

The Digital Divide is a gap between the way certain people use and access information technology & communication in their daily lives, including the skills to make use of those technologies within communities. The Digital Citizen program aims to close that gap for the Liberty City community in South Florida and beyond.

“I have been privileged to complete my internship at EcoTech Visions with a host of talented entrepreneurs and their phenomenal director, Dr. Pandwe Gibson. Prior to my internship, going green was just a whisper that did not resonate. However, I’ve become more knowledgeable of its importance and the different methods and means to accomplish a better livable environment. My experience at EcoTech Visions has been a memorable one, and my hope is to one day become apart of the elite team of entrepreneurs.”
